Cypress Caravan Stay

Absolute RIP OFF Positive: Nothing to like Negative: Could not operate the Key Security Box . Too low to the ground to read the pin number - not very legible !!!. There was no antennae cable from the wall outlet to the TV so no TV to watch - very unsatisfactory !!!. LED lights above the Bed not working and the LED light above the table not working !!!. Step at entry door was badly cracked and too small which could cause a nasty accident !!! Workplace Health and Safety issue !!!. We were informed that the Site Office is not open during the day with staff - so needed to phone the owner for any assisstance !!!!!! The Town Tourist Information Centre would not help with directions, cannot print here their advice. Only enough Hot Water for One Person to shower and then wait 3/4 hour to reheat. Overall a Very Bad Experience.

Caravan Stay at Cypress Gardens Emerald Positive: The bed was comfortable, caravan was clean. Negative: Need a light to be able to see key lock, small plastic step was a bit dangerous, it slipped on the gravel. The bed lamps were loose & didn't work. Got an email on where to leave rubbish after we left

Positive: Just what i needed for a overnight stay

I have booked in again Positive: Caravan was Nice and Clean and the Bed was very Comfy. Good Wifi and Smart TV Negative: The toilet was a bit squashed against the washing machine cupboard. That being said I am 6ft 5 so may not be an issue for smaller people.

Just what I needed Positive: Clean. Cool and well equipped. Easy walk to pub and supermarket.
