Negative: The shower was mouldy and rusty.

Positive: It was good having an extra room and clean and tidy.
Negative: Not really. Lux, the unit was on a residential block. Set at back of block didn't open curtains as neighbours were very close. 2 units only 1 parking space. Had to take luggage across lawn to unit. Access was with the key in the lock box to be put back when you leave, lots of instructions via email. No contact with the owner, several barking dogs in the street.

Disappointed but there's potential
Positive: A cute little apartment with lots of potential
Negative: I emailed the owner with some things needing attention as per their request and didn't hear back. Hopefully future guests reap the benefits of all our dramas.
